Henley Accelerates Growth in Florida Heading into 2025

As the holiday season approaches, we reflect on an extraordinary year at AquaSonic Car Wash.

Thanks to the trust and support of our investors, we've accomplished a great deal, setting the stage for an even more exciting 2025.

This year, AquaSonic successfully closed two funds, raising both equity and debt, and launched Fund III. These milestones have brought our portfolio to 14 secured locations across Florida, with construction already underway in New Port Richey. In the coming months, we’ll see exciting new projects kick off in Tampa, Orlando, and West Palm Beach, all paving the way for our Fund I sites to become operational between March and September 2025.

What's next for AquaSonic Car Wash?

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re thrilled to announce that Fund II sites will begin construction in the second half of the year, with locations expected to open in early 2026. From there, we plan to open a new store every month, propelling AquaSonic’s expansion across Florida and beyond.

Our best-in-class product, powered by AI-driven site selection and F1-inspired tunnel technology, will soon hit the market, raising the bar for car washes nationwide. AquaSonic is setting new standards for smart, tech-savvy, consumer-oriented solutions in the car wash industry.

We’re incredibly excited for what’s to come in 2025. The groundwork has been laid, and with our transformative product entering the market, AquaSonic is poised to become America’s Smartest Car Wash.
